The small print

When you send an enquiry we keep the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the occasion and date, your message and any photos you attach. We use them to reply to you and to make your cake.
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can refer back to an order you placed before. Ask and we will delete yours sooner.
Only Sweets Land. Your details are stored with our website provider (Supabase, in the European Union) and our email provider, and are never sold or shared for marketing.
The public site sets no tracking cookies. A short-lived cookie protects the forms from automated abuse.
Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Email or message us and we will do it.
